Initial Setup

Unbox Device
Open the box and verify your Ledger hardware wallet is included. Ensure the device is intact and the USB-C port is clean and free of debris.

Connect USB
Use a high-speed USB-C cable to connect your Ledger device to your computer. Wait for the device to be recognized by your operating system.

Set PIN
On the Ledger device screen, select 'Set PIN'. Choose a strong, unique 6-digit password that you can remember and never share with anyone.
App Installation
Download the Ledger Live companion app from the official Ledger website. Connect your hardware wallet to the device, and follow the on-screen prompts to securely sync your digital assets and private keys.
